Feedburner

If you're running a blog and don't know what a feed is it's highly advisable to go ahead and read up on that. Feeds are one of the main ways for blogs to redistribute their content around the world wide web.

Along those lines there is a plugin for wordpress which perfectly integrates with Feedburner functionality and it's called "Feedburner Feedsmith" and it can be downloaded here.

Once the plugin has been installed you need to setup an account with feedburner in order to keep track of your data. This plugin and the feedburner account will give you several very helpful tools for syndication and statistical analysis.

I have several feeds for my blogs which are all being kept track of inside my feedburner account and it shows me the clicks, views, subscriptions and all kinds of other useful information.
