This Wordpress plugin let's you play various types of videos inside blog posts. Once installed, the video insert buttons are displayed in the write post area. For youtube for example all you do is get the link of the video, hit the button in the post, and paste in the link. That's it - after that the video will be displayed with a play and stop button and all the regular features of a youtube video.
